A Letter To The People Of The World

My Fellow Humans,

I’m watching the opening ceremonies of the London 2012 Olympics.

Everyone is smiling. Everyone is full of hope. I can literally feel the emanating peace from 3,500 miles across the pond.

So let me ask you all this question: When are we going to stop killing each other?

Really, when are we?

I’ll pass the mic to the prophet Jimi Hendrix who once said, “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.”
